Comments: Adding and remodeling a house, while you are living in it can be stressful, that is why when it was time to add a new family room, garage and remodeling the kitchen, I interviewed several builders and requested multiple quotes. But when we met Jimmy Jimenez, owner and principal at MESCO, I felt immediate confidence that they will do the job right and for the right price. Although MESCO has an architect, we already had our blueprints. Jimmy’s team was the best I could have wish for, they went above and beyond, they follow the blueprints of the design and materials to the T. I called them the special forces of construction, they have a can-do attitude and were able to solve problems on the go, all with the highest quality in mind. We lived in the house while they were doing all this work, and they did it in only 7 weeks, which was almost nothing in comparison with other constructions in our neighborhood, MESCO was the fastest and certainly the BEST. Can't have enough words of praise and gratitude to Jimmy Jimenez and his team for an amazing job. After a couple of weeks, it felt like Uncle Jimmy was the one renovating our home, he took care of us like if we were family, his team went above and beyond what they were hired for. I highly recommend MESCO to anyone doing an addition, second floor or any renovation in their home.

Comments: Please enumerate all the fixtures and features that you expect to have in your addition and get a firm commitment of what Mesco's budget is for each one for the fixed price bid they provided. Later on you will need this info when you pick out items which cost more or less. Make sure you have Mesco agree to credit you back the amount where you pick an item costing less otherwise the more expensive items will cost you more and less expensive ones won't get you any credit.

Comments: The work was very well done. Quality all the way. A few times I was worried about the way something could be done, and they came up with a quality solution. These guys care about what they are doing. As with most things, there were a few hick-ups, but Jimmy did his best to get things resolved and keep up happy. I even advanced my rate of payment given the speed and quality that I was seeing. These may not be the cheapest guys in town, but I think i will be very happy with this room for a long time.

Comments: Jimmy Jimenez is a very honest person. He was extremely flexible all with the many changes we wanted as during the renovations. He worked around our schedule. He did a complete gut of our kitchen and master bathroom. Did a fantastic floor tiling in both areas. The back splash for the kitchen and shower came out great!! He also added a guest powder room, re-finished the wood floors, painted the entire house. We also had recessed lights and ceiling fans installed. He removed the long wall between the kitchen and the family room and made the area so much bigger. Also installed (5) roman pillars in the dinning room and the living. He also did some plumbing work. Jimmy did an excellent job for us. We are really pleased with his work. If I ever want to make any changes again, I will not hesitate to hire him again.

Comments: When I filled out the home advisor estimate form, I immediately began getting calls from contractors. I wasn't quite ready to start talking to an actual person so I avoided all contractor calls. One day, however, my toddler picked up the phone and Jimmy was on the other end. I explained I wasn't ready to proceed yet (since we hadn't bought the house yet) and he was not pushy... just told me to call him when I was ready. He followed up only once in 3 months which was great. I didn't feel pushed or rushed. Once we were ready, I contacted Jimmy to get an estimate on building a bathroom within the existing house. I got two quotes and his was significantly cheaper. The other company wanted me to spend so much money on things I didn't need. Jimmy came in, knowing we were on a budget, built us a beautiful bathroom with everything we needed, not any more or any less. Jimmy's workers are polite, professional, and they cleaned up each day before they left. The entire bathroom was built in under two weeks! Since then, I have hired MESCO to do some other smaller jobs such as rebuilding our pantry and finishing part of our basement. I explained my needs and he just knew exactly how to design the pantry. He even sound proofed the ceiling of our basement with insulation since he knew our son played drums down there. I'm not sure how many other contractors would have gone above and beyond like that. Jimmy is kind, professional, accessible (a huge bonus), and a delight to work with. I can't think it's anything short of a miracle that my daughter picked up the phone when he called. Had it not been for that, we may have spent a ton of unnecessary money and had headaches from another contractor. (I have had bad experiences in the past.) If you are wondering whether or not to use MESCO, I can't praise them highly enough. They are a wonderful company who clearly care about their customers' satisfaction more than making a quick buck and moving on to the next job. From start to finish MESCO delivered in both product and customer service and I am so grateful for that. They will be my contractors for any future work I have. Thanks Jimmy!

Comments: Jimmy (the owner of MESCO) managed to build a second level addition onto our rambler house. It was fantastic that Jimmy's team accomplished the main structure of the second level including setting shingles within just four days! A big surprise to both my family and our neighbors. Of course the remaining work is also being done in a amazing speed and quality. Now the major project including the second level addition, the garage addition and the beautiful large porch are almost done within just eight weeks. MESCO team is a powerful and productive team! Jimmy himself is very nice, professional, enthusiastic, client orientated and reliable. He really enjoys and dedicates himself to his career and business in the construction area. I would strongly endorse and recommend him and his business MESCO to potential customers.

Comments: Metropolitan Energy Savers Company was a great company to work with. They were very professional and completed the project in a very fast time period. There were some unknow surprises that came up during the course of the project and these were dealt with and did not slow down the progress of the addition. Any deviations from the original contract were communicated to me with additional costs before any work was completed. I am extremely satisified with the addition that they built for me.
